Identify and acquire new occupier clients for industrial and warehouse leasing mandates.

Drive market penetration and expand the client portfolio.

nIndustrial & Warehouse Leasing

Lead end-to-end leasing transactions for warehouses, logistics parks, and industrial assets.
n
Achieve leasing targets through effective deal sourcing and execution.
n

nOccupier Relationship Management

n

n
Build and maintain strong relationships with occupiers and corporate clients.
n
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and generate repeat business opportunities.
n

nDeveloper Relations

n

n
Establish and strengthen relationships with developers, landlords, and asset owners.
n
Source quality inventory and secure exclusive leasing mandates.
n

nCommercial Negotiations

n

n
Lead commercial discussions and negotiations between stakeholders.

Drive transactions to successful closure while maximizing value for all parties.

nMarket Intelligence & Research

Monitor market trends, rental benchmarks, vacancy levels, and upcoming supply.

Prepare market insights and reports to support business growth.

Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and business development skills.
