Lead production patching, upgrades, and migration activities across complex Avaya UC and Contact Center environments, ensuring successful execution through MOP-driven implementations and rigorous validation practices.

Key Responsibilities • Plan and execute production patches, upgrades, and migrations following approved MOPs.
Perform technical validation and health assessments before and after implementations.
Lead critical maintenance activities and manage technical escalations during release windows.
Ensure system stability, risk mitigation, and successful customer outcomes for complex deployments.

Expertise (Version 8.x or Higher)



• Avaya Aura (CM, SM, SMGR), IX Messaging • Oceana, Analytics, CMS • Experience Portal, SBC, IX Workforce Engagement • VMware ESXi 7.x+ Mandatory Qualifications & Skills • 5+ years of experience implementing patches, upgrades, and migrations in enterprise Avaya environments.
Robust expertise in MOP-based production deployments and change management.
Excellent troubleshooting, stakeholder communication, and technical documentation skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent.
