Summary: The Accounts Receivables (AR) team is responsible for managing the collection of outstanding invoices and ensuring timely payment from clients. Key functions include creating and sending invoices,

processing payments, following up on overdue accounts, resolving billing issues, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The team also generates AR reports and ensures compliance with company policies

Note: Interested candidates may apply if you are open to night shifts, with work location in Bangalore. We prefer candidates who are available to join on short notice.

Process Associate - Accounting
Accounts Receivable tasks.




Reconciling Bank book with MSI Books, Reconciling Customer Books with MSI Books.
Creating deposits - Cash, Credit Card, Checks andWire transactions using ERP software.
Application of Cash Receipts to Customer Accounts
Processing AR& SO credits – Generating Credit memos in customer account when customer return the material.
Perform additional duties as required and or requested.

Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline with overall 1-3yearsof work experience.
Ability to solve problems and identify opportunities through analytical thinking.
Strong attention to detail and has ability to learn quickly.
Excellent communication skills with valuable command over English language (verbal &written;).
Ability to work independently and in a team setting. We shall prioritize candidates based out of Bangalore and available to join with short notice / sooner.
