Responsible for managing civil execution activities for a large-scale commercial IT Park project, ensuring timely execution as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end civil execution activities at the IT Park project.
Supervise RCC, structural, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing works.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal project teams.
Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
Monitor daily progress, manpower, material availability, and productivity.
Review drawings and coordinate resolution of technical/site issues.
Ensure proper sequencing and timely completion of project activities.
Coordinate with MEP teams for smooth execution and service interfaces.
Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to project timelines.
Conduct regular site inspections and maintain progress and quality documentation.
Ensure compliance with project safety and quality standards.
