Role & responsibilities:

Manage revenue recognition & Assurance in line with AS 606, commercial agreements, and internal accounting policies.
Handle end-to-end client billing and invoicing cycle complete O2C process while ensuring accuracy and

completeness as per approved commercials and SOWs
Prepare and maintain monthly revenue forecasts, billing trackers, collection MIS, and commercial

reports for a large client portfolio.
Execute inter-company billing and ensure timely reconciliation of inter-entity balances.
Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Product, Operations, and Clients for billing approvals,

commercial clarifications, and invoice corrections.
Ensure proper understanding and compliance related to GST, TDS, and TDS reconciliations.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to revenue and commercial accounting.
Assist during internal and external audits by providing accurate data, reconciliations,



and supporting

documentation.
Work independently under strict timelines while maintaining high levels of accuracy and process

discipline.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reporting accuracy,

and commercial controls.

Preferred candidate profile:

Good understanding of revenue accounting, commercial operations, and billing processes,O2C process
Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, reconciliations, and accounting principles.
Proficiency in Advance MS Excel and MIS reporting.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and client communications effectively.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting with ownership and accountability.
