Key Responsibilities
Promoting and selling memberships to potential current clients (walk-ins/trials)
Working on achieving the target by driving conversions
Working on Upselling
Maintaining a record of every interaction with current users
Working on entering all the details of customers and walk-ins in internal tools
Managing the center experience and incremental enhancements
Handling the timely opening and closing of the center
Working on inventory management

Number of working days: 6
Week off: 1 (rotational)
Regular Shifts (5 Days a Week) 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM
Split Shift (1 Days a Week) 5:30 AM – 10:00 AM Break 5:30 PM – 10:00 PM
