Role & responsibilities
Own day-to-day accounting, monthly closing and MIS by the 5th working day.
Prepare annual financial statements and manage statutory, tax and internal audits.
Prepare budgets, budget-vs-actual reports and product / machine-hour costing for quotations.
Manage cash flow, working capital, banking limits, LCs, bank guarantees and forex.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, FEMA, and import/export requirements (DGFT, EDPMS/IDPMS, RoDTEP).
Act as finance key user for the ERP and improve internal controls and processes.
Lead a team of 23 and coordinate with banks, auditors, customers and vendors.
Prepare annual budgets, budget vs. actual analysis and financial MIS.
Manage cash flow, working capital and banking facilities.
Preferred candidate profile
CA / CMA with 6 to 12 years' experience in a manufacturing company.
Hands-on with GST, TDS, FEMA, import/export accounting, LC and BG.
ERP experience (SAP, D365 or similar) and robust Excel skills.
Valuable English; Gujarati or Hindi preferred.
