Qualifications

Graduate (Any Specialisation)

MBA
Tracking & Controlling the delinquency of the area, bucket wise, dpd wise and focus on Non-starters for TW Product
Regular follow up with delinquent customers through a dedicated team
Ensuring adherence of legal guidelines by agencies and executives
Manage Productivity by fixing productivity parameters for in-house / collection agencies, monitoring performance against set parameters and periodic review
Co-ordination with legal team to ensure necessary legal action is taken on specific cases
Ensure collection agencies are complaint with audit & information security requirements of the Organisation
