Position Summary: The Assistant Manager. Key responsibilities include managing payroll, HR compliance, employee welfare programs, and ensuring adherence to local laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee payroll and personnel administration.
Lead the hiring and selection of hourly and contract employees.
Administer local training programs and ensure organizational compliance.
Manage employee welfare facilities.
Conduct safety and implement continuous improvements.
Ensure statutory compliance with labor and factory laws.
Manage contract labor and facility management teams.
Liaise with government officials for compliance and social security matters.
Qualifications:
Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources.
Proficiency in Telugu, Hindi and English.
5+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
