Key Responsibilities
Manage daily end-to-end last-mile delivery operations.
Plan and allocate shipments, routes, manpower, and delivery resources.
Supervise and manage Delivery Executives / Field Executives.
Monitor daily dispatch, delivery performance, pending shipments, RTO and delivery exceptions.
Ensure timely shipment allocation and closure as per operational targets.
Track attendance, productivity, manpower availability and deployment.
Handle customer and operational escalations and ensure timely resolution.
Monitor delivery routes and resolve field-level operational issues.
Coordinate with internal teams and delivery partners for smooth operations.
Prepare and maintain daily MIS and operational reports.
Ensure adherence to company SOPs, safety standards and process guidelines.
Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and service quality

Pay: ₹225,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
