Key Responsibilities:
Customer negotiation for loan settlement and final closure.
Follow-up for outstanding payments and timely closure of cases.
Identification and development of repo properties.
Coordination for proper sale of repo properties.
Coordination with Collection, Legal, Foreclosure, and Branch teams.
Proper follow-up and documentation for closure and repo property cases.
Achievement of assigned closure and recovery targets.
Candidate Profile:
Positive performance record in the finance/NBFC sector.
Basic knowledge of loan closure/foreclosure and settlement processes.
Experience in collection, recovery, foreclosure, or repo property handling preferred.
Valuable communication, negotiation, and field-handling skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned location.
