Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Backend Sales Executive to support the sales team, manage customer communication, generate leads, and ensure smooth coordination from enquiry to order closure.

Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels. Follow up with leads and existing customers regularly. Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents.

Coordinate with the field sales team and internal departments. Maintain customer and lead databases accurately. Process orders and coordinate with operations for timely delivery. Track sales enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.

Maintain daily/weekly sales reports. Build positive relationships with customers and support customer retention. Assist the sales team in achieving monthly targets.

Skills Required: Positive communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM tools. Valuable follow-up and coordination skills. Customer-service orientation. Ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously. Sales-oriented and target-focused approach. Freshers can also apply, depending on company requirements.
