We , at Bhagwati Group , are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – HR & Administration to independently manage HR, IR, statutory compliance and administration activities at our manufacturing plant located at Mohasa Bhopal.

Key Responsibilities
Manage complete Plant HR & Administration operations.
Coordinate with corporate office for smooth functioning of HR in the group.
Handle Industrial Relations (IR), employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
Ensure timely labour law and statutory compliances applicable to the manufacturing unit.
Manage contract labour/contractors, including documentation, attendance, wages and compliance.
Handle liaisoning with Labour Department, PF, ESIC, Factory Inspector and other government authorities.
Manage manpower, attendance, payroll coordination and HR MIS.
Oversee plant administration including security, housekeeping, canteen, transport and other facilities.
Support Plant Head in smooth day-to-day plant operations.

Candidate Requirements
Graduate; MBA/PG Diploma in HR/Personnel Management preferred.




Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing/plant setting.
Strong hands-on experience in Plant HR, IR, Labour Compliance and Contractor Management.
Positive knowledge of applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
Should be capable and mature enough of handling HR & Administration activities independently at the plant.

Candidates relocating from another location who are single will be provided accommodation at/near the plant, as per company policy.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in Rice Mill / Food Processing / FMCG / Manufacturing industries.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
