AWS Glue | AWS Redshift | ETL/ELT | Data Engineering

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines on AWS
Build and optimize data workflows using AWS Glue
Design and manage data warehousing solutions using AWS Redshift
Implement data quality, validation, monitoring, and governance practices
Develop efficient data models and datasets for analytics and BI requirements
Troubleshoot pipeline issues and optimize performance, reliability, and scalability
Follow AWS security, compliance, access control, and encryption best practices
Contribute to reusable frameworks, standards, and documentation

Must-Have Skills

Solid hands-on experience with AWS Glue – Glue Jobs, Glue Studio, job orchestration





Robust experience with AWS Redshift – query optimization, workload management, performance/cost tuning

End-to-end experience delivering AWS data engineering solutions

Solid understanding of ETL/ELT and data warehousing

Experience with data governance, metadata management, and data cataloging

Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts effectively

AWS certifications such as AWS Certified Data Analytics, Solutions Architect, or Developer will be an added advantage.
