About the Role

We are looking for a Backend Executive – Air Ticketing with an interest in the aviation and travel industry. Freshers with relevant aviation education, internships, or basic ticketing knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Handle backend activities related to air ticketing and flight bookings
Assist with PNR creation, booking, cancellation, reissue, and refunds
Coordinate with internal teams for ticketing-related queries and updates
Maintain accurate booking and customer records
Ensure timely processing of assigned ticketing tasks

Requirements
0–1 year of experience in aviation, travel, or air ticketing




Graduate with an Aviation/Travel & Tourism background preferred
Freshers with relevant aviation internships are welcome
Basic knowledge of air ticketing and GDS will be an advantage
Positive communication, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
Comfortable working from office and in rotational shifts
