Trinity International Tours & Travels is looking for an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to manage our Calicut branch. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of the travel and tourism industry, excellent customer-handling skills, and the ability to lead a team and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch.
Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the branch team.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Handle customer enquiries, travel bookings, and tour package requirements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and travel partners.
Promote and sell domestic and international tour packages.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and other travel service providers.
Ensure smooth execution of bookings, tours, and travel arrangements.
Handle customer concerns and ensure high-quality service.
Prepare and monitor sales reports, branch performance,



and other operational records.
Train and guide team members to improve productivity and sales performance.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in the Travel & Tourism industry.
Previous experience in a Branch Manager / Team Lead / Senior Travel Consultant role is preferred.
Strong knowledge of tour packages, travel bookings, and tourism products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Leadership and team management abilities.
Target-oriented and proactive approach.
Knowledge of MS Office and travel-related software is an advantage.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
