We are seeking a passionate and customer-oriented Brand Representative to join our team PROTOUCH in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of hair and skincare, excellent communication skills, and a flair for delivering personalized customer experiences while driving sales.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in selecting suitable beauty and haircare products.
Demonstrate product usage and provide skilled advice based on customer needs.
Build robust product knowledge to promote and upsell PROTOUCH
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve client queries effectively.
Maintain visual merchandising and stock display standards.
Support in achieving sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
Collect and share customer feedback to enhance service and products.




Educate customers on skincare and haircare routines aligned with PROTOUCH products.

Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Beauty Advisor/Consultant (beauty, skincare, or haircare).
Solid knowledge of beauty, haircare, and wellness products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-first attitude with a sales orientation.
Ability to conduct product demonstrations confidently.
Pleasant personality, grooming standards, and qualified presentation.
Based in Pune, Village, Mundhwa Rd, Ghorpadi, Pune, Maharashtra

Job Type: Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
