Job Summary:

Responsible for managing the overall bar operations, ensuring excellent guest service, proper inventory control, staff supervision, and compliance with hotel standards and applicable regulations.

Job Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and departure.
Handle guest luggage and escort guests to their rooms.
Assist with luggage storage and retrieval.
Provide basic information about hotel facilities and services.
Assist guests with transportation and other requests.
Maintain cleanliness and order in the lobby and entrance area.
Coordinate with Front Office and Housekeeping teams.
Ensure courteous and professional guest service at all times.

Experience: 1- 2 hotel experience preferred.

Skills:



Valuable communication, customer service, grooming, and willingness to work in shifts.
