We are looking for a B2B Customer Support & Client Relationship Executive to handle business enquiries, communicate with potential clients, and coordinate meetings with the WCMS team.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming B2B/business enquiries and leads.
Call leads and understand their basic business requirements.
Communicate with clients through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Follow up with potential clients regularly.
Experience: 0–1 year / Freshers can apply.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable speaking with business owners and professionals.
Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp, and email communication.
Tamil and English communication skills preferred.
Valuable follow-up and coordination skills.

Salary ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
