Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and computer-savvy Back-Office Operations Executive to support client onboarding, documentation, data management and day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities
Handle client onboarding, account opening, KYC and related documentation accurately
Update client and transaction data in internal software and systems
Prepare Excel sheets, reports, presentations and documents as instructed
Collect relevant information from the internet and present it in a transparent, structured format




Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of operational tasks
Coordinate with clients, AMCs, platforms and internal team members when required
Use basic AI tools such as ChatGPT for research, documentation and improving work efficiency
Take ownership of assigned tasks and follow up until completion

Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline; freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience can apply
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Word
Comfortable using computers, internet and online platforms
Positive command of spoken English and Hindi
Good common sense, attention to detail and presence of mind
Should be organized, responsible and willing to learn

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
