Backend Engineer Lambda API Engineer Experience: 812 Years Role Overview We are looking for a seasoned Backend Engineer Lambda API Engineer to design, build, and manage secure, scalable, and cloud-native APIs and serverless services. The role focuses on API lifecycle management, platform integrations, and delivering highly available services using contemporary cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities Design and develop REST APIs and OpenAPI specifications. Build and maintain serverless applications using AWS Lambda Python. Implement API security, authentication, and authorization mechanisms. Integrate enterprise platforms and expose services through API gateways. Ensure API reliability through monitoring, observability, and cloud-native deployment practices.





Skills Required 812 years of experience in API development and platform engineering. Solid expertise in REST APIs, OpenAPISwagger, and API versioning. Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Python. Knowledge of API security standards including OAuth2 and JWT.

Experience with cloud-native deployments S3 CloudFront, Infrastructure as Code IaC, and API observability tools. Solid understanding of integration architectures and enterprise platform services.
