Role & responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain backend integrations (Node.js-based) across ERP (Oracle NetSuite, Unicommerce), POS (Wondersoft), payments (Razorpay, Pine Labs), logistics (Pidge), CRM/loyalty (Karnival, Easyrewardz, Gupshup), and VetBuddy
Develop and maintain REST/GraphQL APIs and webhook-based data sync between systems
Own data integrity and error handling across integration points (order sync, inventory sync, payment reconciliation, loyalty/CRM updates)
Provide Level 2 technical support for integration-related incidents escalated from the Helpdesk
Work closely with ERP/POS SPOCs on business application-side technical requirements
Participate in the Request Review Execution Testing Closure process for all integration changes
Maintain technical documentation for all integration points and middleware logic




Collaborate with the Front-End Developer on API contracts for any integration touching the Shopify/website/app layer

Essential Experience:
3- 6 years of backend/middleware development experience, with Node.js as a core, hands-on skill
Experience integrating ERP and/or POS systems with third-party platforms via APIs/webhooks
Familiarity with e-commerce or retail transaction flows (orders, payments, inventory, fulfillment)
SQL/database proficiency
Preferred: direct experience with any of Oracle NetSuite, Unicommerce, Wondersoft, or similar retail/ERP platforms;

experience integrating payment gateways (Razorpay or similar) or logistics platforms (Pidge or similar).
