MoroMaa is India's first authentic Moroccan beauty and skincare brand building a current category in India around Hammam rituals.

We're a small team, which means this isn't a role where you sit in a corner executing briefs.

You'll work directly with me & our brand manager on brand direction and have real ownership over how MoroMaa looks everywhere it shows up social, packaging, print, partnerships.

Decisions move fast here and get implemented fast, so you need to be someone who can take a rough direction and turn it into something on-brand without needing every detail spelled out.

What you'll be designing (day to day):
Instagram creatives: static posts, carousels, story templates, highlight covers
Reels cover art / thumbnails
YouTube thumbnails
Campaign creatives tied to launches and promotions
Paid ad creatives (Meta/Instagram)
Product labels (jars, tubes, outer cartons)
Packaging boxes: face scrub, body scrub, and future SKUs
Insert cards, linen pouches, gift box design (e.g. PR gift boxes)
Offline event banners, standees, signage
Activation collateral (booths, backdrops, print handouts)
Brand decks / one-pagers for partnerships or PR
Any other physical or digital brand touchpoint requiring visual consistency

Software:



Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Procreate, Canva, AI design tools

Role KRAs:
Own end-to-end design output for social media and marketing campaigns, working with the content team to deliver creatives tied to conversion goals
Lead packaging design end to end from concept to print-ready files for existing and upcoming SKUs
Handle all print and physical collateral for offline events and activations
Maintain visual consistency across every brand touchpoint, digital and physical
Turn creative requests around within agreed timelines without compromising on quality
Flag design or brand-consistency risks proactively rather than waiting to be corrected

Work mode: In office, Mumbai. 6 days What we're looking for beyond the software list:
A portfolio showing actual packaging or label work, not just social creatives this is where most candidates will be weakest and it's core to the role
Comfort working in a small team with a quick decision cycle and limited hand-holding
Someone who understands premium/luxury visual language specifically, since MoroMaa is positioned there, not mass-market FMCG
