Responsibilities:
Develop scalable backend architectures
Write high-quality code at very high speed
Implement multi-agent AI workflows
Work with large datasets, ensuring performance and reliability at scale
Collaborate with product and analytics teams to ensure data availability and integrity
Monitor and improve data quality, pipeline performance, and overall infrastructure health

Requirements:
B.Tech/B.E. from a Tier 1 IIT




4+ years of experience in Python and Java
Strong understanding of AI, with the ability to use it to build 10x faster than others
Solid understanding of data modeling, system design, scalable code structures, and distributed systems
Hunger to learn and solve tough, ambiguous data problems in a fast-paced startup environment
Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills
