Business Development Executive – Fresher

Location: Noida

Shift: Night Shift

Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year

Job Responsibilities:
Identify and generate recent business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Communicate with potential clients and understand their business requirements.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to support sales and business development activities.
Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.

Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable command of English, both verbal and written.
Confident personality with a positive and skilled attitude.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Willingness to work in a night shift.
Freshers with a strong interest in sales and business development are welcome.
