Handle billing activities for all In-Patients (IP) from admission to discharge.
Prepare and maintain accurate patient bills as per hospital tariffs and approved packages.
Verify patient admission details, doctor charges, room charges, procedure charges, pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, and other service charges.
Ensure all services provided to the patient are correctly captured in the billing system.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing, pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, OT, and other departments for billing updates.
Verify and process insurance/TPA, corporate, and cashless billing as applicable.
Coordinate with TPA/insurance teams for pre-authorisation, enhancements, final approval, and discharge authorization.
Prepare interim bills and provide billing updates to patients/attendants when required.
Follow up on pending payments, deposits, and outstanding amounts.
Verify discounts, concessions, refunds, and package adjustments as per management approval.
Ensure proper documentation and authorization for all discounts and billing adjustments.




Prepare final bills and ensure all charges are reviewed before discharge.
Coordinate with the discharge team to ensure timely completion of billing formalities.
Handle patient/attendant queries related to billing and explain charges clearly.
Maintain accurate billing records and supporting documents.
Ensure proper collection, receipt generation, and submission of payments.
Reconcile daily collections and billing transactions with the finance/accounts team.
Identify billing discrepancies and coordinate with concerned departments for correction.
Maintain confidentiality of patient and financial information.
Follow hospital billing policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements.
Prepare daily/monthly billing reports as required by management.
Ensure timely closure of IP bills and minimize billing errors and outstanding dues.

Pay: ₹10,013.51 - ₹35,642.85 per month
