nAbout the Role

nThe Billing Operations Executive will manage end-to-end customer invoicing, submission and collections for a cohort. The role ensures invoices are accurate, compliant, timely, and aligned with customer contracts while partnering closely with Sales and Account Managers.

nKey Responsibilities

nBilling Operations

n

Generate customer invoices accurately and on time.
n
Validate supporting documents before billing.
n
Verify pricing, taxes, discounts and approvals.
n
Process recurring and milestone-based billing.
n
Prepare debit notes and credit notes.
n
Ensure GST-compliant invoicing.
n

nBilling Validation

nReview:

Customer contracts

Purchase Orders
n
Work Orders
n
Billing milestones
n
Rate cards
n
Customer master data
n

nEnsure no billing errors prior to invoice generation.

nCustomer Coordination

n

n
Coordinate invoice revisions where required.
n
Share invoice copies and supporting documents.
n
Support customer onboarding for billing.

Support in collections follow up

nInternal Coordination

nPartner with:

nto resolve billing exceptions.

nRevenue Support

Identify uninvoiced transactions.

Monitor pending billings.
n
Escalate revenue leakage risks.

Ensure all completed services are invoiced.

nMaintain complete documentation for:

Strong understanding of invoicing

Knowledge of GST

ERP experience (Zoho preferred)

nPreferred Qualifications

B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance
n
2–5 years of billing or finance operations experience
n
Experience in SaaS, consulting or services industry preferred
