Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for coffee, valuable communication skills, and the ability to prepare quality beverages while maintaining excellent service and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, smoothies, shakes, and other hot & cold beverages as per standard recipes.
Prepare espresso-based beverages such as Espresso, Americano, Cappuccino, Latte, Mocha and Cold Coffee.
Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, blenders and other café equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, presentation and portioning.
Take customer orders, understand preferences and provide suitable recommendations.
Handle POS/billing and cash transactions when required.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar, equipment and customer areas.
Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups and other ingredients and inform the supervisor about replenishment requirements.




Follow food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards at all times.
Assist with opening and closing duties, including workstation setup, cleaning and stock checks.
Work closely with the café/service team to ensure smooth operations during busy hours.

Requirements
0–2 years of experience as a Barista or in a café/F&B; environment.
Freshers with a strong interest in coffee and willingness to learn may also apply.
Basic knowledge of coffee, espresso-based beverages and brewing methods is preferred.
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
Positive attitude, grooming and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends and holidays as required.

Education 12th Pass / Diploma / Hotel Management qualification preferred.
