About the Role

Simplilearn is looking for motivated and career-driven fresh graduates to join our B2C Sales team as Inside Sales Specialists.

This role is suited for individuals who have excellent communication skills, strong sales acumen and a customer-focused approach. You will engage with prospective learners, understand their career goals, recommend relevant learning programs and contribute to business growth through effective consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities
Engage with prospective learners through outbound calls and effectively communicate program offerings.
Understand customer requirements, career objectives and learning needs.
Recommend relevant Simplilearn programs based on customer needs.
Build solid customer relationships through effective and consultative conversations.
Convert qualified leads into enrollments through need-based selling.
Conduct timely follow-ups and manage the sales cycle effectively.
Work towards assigned monthly revenue and conversion targets.




Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in CRM.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
