About the Role

We are looking for a proficient BIM Architecture with min 3 to 5-years professional experience from similar industry to join our team in Gurgaon majorly with Finland projects.

Responsibilities
Revit Modelling: Create, manage, and maintain highly detailed architectural Revit models across all design stages
BIM Coordination: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (architecture, structure, MEP) to ensure model integration, accuracy,



and alignment with the BIM Execution Plan
Template & Family Development: Develop and maintain Revit families, templates, and libraries that meet company and project standards.
Strong understanding of BIM coordination, model management, and data exchange

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture, Architectural Engineering
3–5 years of skilled experience as a BIM Architect international experience, with health care, data centers, housing, terminals etc.
Previous experience working in Swedish or Nordic.

Required Skills
Master Auto CAD Civil 3D, Revit, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign , Adobe Photoshop
Speaks and writes fluently in English
