About the RoleWe are looking for a Flea Market Manager to source vendors, plan and execute society-level flea markets, and drive event revenue and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
Source, onboard, and manage vendors across food, lifestyle, crafts, home décor, and other categories.
Negotiate vendor commercials and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Coordinate with RWAs, society committees, vendors, and internal teams.
Manage end-to-end event execution including booth allocation, setup, layouts, and on-ground coordination.
Drive event marketing and customer engagement to increase footfall.
Track event revenue, expenses, collections, and margins.




Identify recent vendors, partnerships, event formats, and revenue opportunities.
Resolve on-ground issues and ensure smooth event execution.

Requirements
Experience in events, vendor management, B2B/B2C sales, or community engagement.
Solid negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Valuable understanding of vendor commercials and profitability.
Highly energetic, resourceful, and comfortable with field-based work.
Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
