About the Role

We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Business Development Manager who can generate leads, close deals, and contribute directly to revenue growth. This role requires someone who understands client needs, builds strong relationships, and can confidently pitch our services to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships. You will play a key role in expanding the business by identifying new opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and ensuring consistent deal closures.

Key Responsibilities

● Identify and generate current business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels.

● Pitch services to potential clients, understand their requirements, and offer tailored solutions.

● Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

● Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.

● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery for clients.

● Track sales performance,



maintain pipeline data, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.

Requirements

● 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition roles.

● Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

● Robust communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

● Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into business opportunities.

● Experience with CRM tools or sales tracking systems is a plus.

● Prior experience in digital marketing, agency, or service-based business is preferred.
