Description: Key Responsibilities
Build product awareness for Filters' portfolio in the Indian market, using lngfilters.com as the reference point for prospects.
Identify and source leads independently — mining LinkedIn and the existing customer database for relevant contacts at OEMs, consultants, EPCs, and chemical industry accounts.
Maintain and update the company's lead/contact tracker (Excel) with accurate, current records on a weekly basis.
Conduct regular field visits to build and sustain relationships with identified contacts.
Gather market intelligence: upcoming projects, capacity expansions, competitor activity, and pricing/technology trends.
Qualify and hand off leads to the Sales Manager/promoters, with documented account notes in the shared tracker.
Represent the company at trade shows/exhibitions as assigned.
Support technical discussions with customers to position the company credibly — without closing commercially.

Skills & Qualifications
Mechanical engineering degree (degree/diploma), B.Sc Chemistry, B.Sc. Physics




1–4 years of experience, preferably in filtration, capital equipment, or industrial equipment.
Fluent in Hindi, English, and Gujarati (verbal).
Robust relationship-building and interpersonal skills; polite and qualified demeanour.
Working knowledge of LinkedIn (Sales Navigator preferred) for prospecting.
Proficient in Excel (data entry, filtering/sorting, disciplined record-keeping).
Strong presentation skills.
Willingness to engage in technical discussions.
Valid driving license. KPIs / Success Metrics
Number of recent leads sourced per month.
Tracker updated weekly with no missing or stale entries.
Number of qualified leads handed off to sales per month/quarter.
Frequency of field visits per month. Quality and actionability of market intelligence reports.
Conversion rate of sourced leads → closed deals (shared accountability with Sales)
