Role & responsibilities
Support roll-out of Salesforce application in V-Guard (Priority focus Sunflame Business)
Act as a Business Analyst for all developments and enhancements in SFDC and related Sales tech platforms
Perform business testing and validation of change requests, enhancements, and recent developments implemented on the SFDC platform.
Support sales operation activities managed through SFDC.
Administer user management activities in the SFDC application, including user creation, modification, access management, and support.
Collaborate with project teams to plan and execute user training, knowledge-sharing, and adoption initiatives.
Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of solutions aligned with business objectives.




Support process improvement initiatives and drive the adoption of recent features, system enhancements, and business process automation across the organization to improve operational efficiency and user productivity.

Preferred candidate profile
BE/BTech/MBA/BSc/BCA/MCA
Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Experience in any Sales CRM preferably Salesforce
Knowledge of AWS, Tableau, Mobile application is a plus
Should have positive communication skills. Should be proficient in English and Hindi.
