Business Analyst Expense Management

Experience: 3–6 Years

Key Responsibilities:
Interact with customers to understand and gather requirements for the Expense Management Tool.
Understand customer expense processes, policies, workflows, approval matrices, and reporting needs.
Translate business requirements into user stories, functional requirements, and process flows.
Coordinate with Product, Technology, QA, and Implementation teams to ensure requirements are correctly delivered.
Conduct requirement discussions, UAT, product demonstrations, and support implementation activities.
Identify process gaps and suggest improvements based on customer needs.

Key Skills:
Solid requirement gathering and business analysis skills.
Excellent customer/stakeholder management and communication.
Experience with BRD/FRD, user stories, and process documentation.
Understanding of SaaS/product implementation and Agile methodologies.
Experience in Expense Management, Finance, FinTech, ERP, or related domains will be an advantage.
