Vika Talent Solutions is looking for motivated and enthusiastic BDE Freshers to join our Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential US clients.
Generate recent business leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, and other platforms.
Connect with decision-makers and hiring managers.
Introduce our recruitment and staffing services to prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Follow up with prospects and identify current business opportunities.
Maintain daily activity and prospecting reports.
Work closely with the recruitment team to understand client requirements.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly prospecting targets.

Requirements




Freshers are welcome to apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good knowledge of LinkedIn and basic internet research.
Robust interest in US business development / staffing / recruitment .
Confident and proactive personality.
Willingness to work in the US shift.
Ability to communicate professionally with US clients.
Strong willingness to learn and achieve targets.
