KEY RESPONSIBILITY
Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, referrals & field visits.
Connect with HRs, TPOs, HODs, placement teams & decision-makers.
Attend client meetings and assist with sales pitches.
Understand client requirements and present relevant solutions.
Follow up with prospects and maintain sales records.
Work towards weekly & monthly targets.
Travel across Bengaluru for institutional/client visits.

The first 4 months will be an internship period with a 9,000/month stipend + performance incentives. During the internship, you will be trained and evaluated on communication, sales ability, client handling, lead generation, performance, consistency and overall fit.

PPO / FULL TIME CONVERSION

Based on your performance during the 4-month internship, you may receive a full-time offer with a CTC ranging from: 3 LPA 5 LPA
