Business Development Associate (Growth & Strategy)Role Overview

We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Associate who will play a key role in supporting and scaling our business operations. Key Responsibilities
Support core business development and growth initiatives
Plan and execute social media strategies to improve brand presence and engagement
Contribute to marketing strategy, campaigns, and performance analysis
Handle sales calls, lead qualification, and follow-ups
Manage and update CRM systems, ensuring clean and actionable data
Assist with client onboarding, communication, and relationship management
Execute outreach strategies (email, LinkedIn, partnerships, etc.)
Collaborate with leadership on go-to-market and growth experiments
