About the Role:-

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our growing recruitment consultancy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying current business opportunities, acquiring clients, developing robust client relationships, and driving revenue through recruitment and staffing solutions. If you have strong B2B sales, client acquisition, lead generation, negotiation, and relationship management skills, this is an prospect to grow with a dynamic recruitment organization.

Key Responsibilities:-
Identify and acquire new clients through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, networking, and referrals.
Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Understand client hiring requirements and pitch recruitment/staffing solutions.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and close deals.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.




Coordinate with the recruitment team for timely delivery of requirements.
Maintain leads, follow-ups, and client records in CRM/tools.
Achieve monthly client acquisition and revenue targets.
Identify new markets and business opportunities.

Requirements:-
2+ years of experience in Business Development/B2B Sales; recruitment/staffing experience preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and client relationship skills.
Experience in lead generation and new client acquisition.
Target-oriented with good follow-up and networking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
