Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team. This is an excellent chance for fresh graduates who want to build a career in business development, sales, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate recent business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and online research.
Contact potential clients and introduce company products/services.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the relevant team.
Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
Schedule meetings and assist in converting leads into business opportunities.
Maintain and update lead information in CRM/internal databases.
Support the team in achieving monthly lead-generation and business targets.
Conduct basic market and competitor research.

Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Valuable interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with calling, emailing,



and client interaction.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Strong willingness to learn and grow.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Prior internship or sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
