Exon Logistics is looking for an experienced and responsible Branch Incharge to manage and supervise day-to-day branch operations in Faridabad.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily branch operations efficiently.
Monitor pickup and delivery activities.
Supervise and manage branch staff and delivery teams.
Monitor shipment, dispatch and delivery records.
Manage COD collection and reconciliation.
Handle customer complaints and operational issues.
Monitor team productivity and performance.
Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.
Coordinate with Head Office and other branches.
Ensure company policies, safety and compliance guidelines are followed.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduation preferred.




2–7 years of experience in Logistics, Courier, E-commerce or Transportation.
Strong team handling and leadership skills.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
Target-oriented and responsible approach.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
