The role involves driving secondary sales through manned outlets , ensuring product visibility , supporting distributor operations , and strengthening retailer relationships . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in field sales and a good understanding of market dynamics at the outlet level.

nKey responsibilities:

Achieve secondary sales targets within the assigned territory through regular market visits and outlet engagement.
n
Support distributor operations by ensuring stock hygiene, timely order generation, and follow-up on payment collections.
n
Identify and onboard current retail outlets, especially manned counters, to strengthen market presence and visibility.
n
Ensure execution of in-store visibility, branding elements, and planogram adherence at key outlets.
n




Implement trade schemes and promotional activities as per company guidelines to drive offtake.
n
Track daily sales performance, update records, and share regular market feedback with the reporting ASM.
n
Assist in demand forecasting by reporting stock and order trends from the ground.
n
Maintain strong relationships with retailers and field teams to ensure smooth market operations.
n
Observe competitor activities and share insights on pricing, promotions, or recent product launches with the ASM.
n
Follow assigned beat plans and ensure optimal market coverage and productivity.

nQualifications & Skills:

2+ years of experience in FMCG/beauty General Trade (Manned Channel) sales
n
Proven track record in managing sales & distribution
n
Deep understanding of GT channel operations
