Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database/leads.
Explain Personal
Loan and Business Loan products, eligibility and advantages to customers. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options. Generate qualified leads and convert them into loan applications.
Follow up with interested customers until the loan process is completed. Coordinate with the backend/operations team for smooth processing of loan files. Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer information in the CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets. Maintain positive relationships with customers and provide timely assistance. Ensure proper documentation and accurate information from customers.
