Business Development Executive – Marble Division-Mumbai
Purpose of the Role:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing robust relationships with architects, interior designers, and project clients. The role focuses on expanding NITCO’s presence in the premium marble segment through active networking and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Lead Generation
Identify and develop recent business opportunities in retail and project sales
Generate leads through architects, interior designers networks
Drive revenue growth for marble products in assigned territory
Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and HNI clients
Regular client visits and follow-ups to ensure consistent engagement
Develop long-term partnerships for repeat business
Sales Execution
Handle end-to-end sales cycle from inquiry to closure
Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Market Intelligence
Monitor competitor activities,
pricing trends, and market developments
Share insights with internal teams to strengthen sales strategy
Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, supply chain) for order execution
Maintain CRM updates, pipeline tracking, and sales reports
Key Requirements:
Experience: 1–4 years in sales / business development
Education: Graduate (MBA preferred)
Skills:
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Strong networking ability (architects/designers preferred)
Target-driven and self-motivated
Willingness to travel for client meetings

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
