Key Responsibilities

Take complete responsibility for the entire branch and its operations.

Lead and manage all teams, including Sales & Operations.

Drive branch revenue, targets, profitability and overall performance.

Monitor team productivity, conversions, discipline and performance.

Manage key agents, clients and escalations.

Ensure smooth daily operations and coordination between departments.

Train, mentor and motivate teams to achieve business goals.

Report branch performance and key issues directly to management.

Requirements

15+ years of experience in Travel & Tourism.

Robust leadership, sales, product and operational knowledge.

Excellent team management and communication skills.

B2B travel/DMC/tour operator experience preferred.

Solid ownership, decision-making and target orientation.

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
