Business Development Executive – Staffing (Non-IT)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Incentives

We are looking for a Business Development Executive with experience in Domestic Staffing / Recruitment Services to develop new client relationships and generate business prospects for Non-IT recruitment.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new clients requiring Non-IT recruitment and staffing services.
Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, references, email campaigns, and other channels.
Connect with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Managers, Business Owners, and decision-makers.
Understand client hiring requirements and position our recruitment/staffing solutions.
Schedule client meetings and presentations and convert leads into active accounts.
Negotiate commercial terms and close staffing/recruitment agreements.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery against client requirements.




Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly business targets.
Track market trends, competitor activity, and potential sectors for business expansion.

Preferred Experience Experience in selling Domestic Staffing / Recruitment Services for sectors such as:
Manufacturing & Engineering
Sales & Marketing
FMCG / Retail
Logistics & Supply Chain
BPO / Customer Service
Finance & Accounting
Construction / Infrastructure
Other Non-IT functions

Candidate Profile
1–4 years of experience in B2B Business Development / Staffing / Recruitment Sales.
Prior experience selling Non-IT recruitment or staffing services will be preferred.
Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Comfortable with cold calling and new-client acquisition.
Target-oriented with a solid focus on business conversion.
Positive understanding of the domestic recruitment/staffing market.
Ability to work independently as well as with the recruitment team.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
