Ltd. is inviting applications from smart and enthusiastic Business Development Executives who will be responsible for generating recent business, developing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets through lead generation, client acquisition, and account management.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales: Identify new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking. Generate leads and convert prospects into clients. Develop and maintain solid relationships with new & existing clients. Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and pitches to clients.
Client Management: Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions. Conduct client meetings, follow-ups, and negotiations. Coordinate with internal teams for proposal, pricing, and closure. Ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
Market Research & Strategy: Research market trends, competitor activities, and potential clients.



Develop business development strategies and execution plans. Identify recent markets and growth opportunities.
Lead & Pipeline Management: Maintain CRM with all leads, follow-ups, and sales activities. Track sales pipeline and prepare weekly sales reports.
Follow up on inbound leads and references.
Coordination & Reporting: Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, and Technical teams. Prepare MIS reports - daily/weekly/monthly business reports. Attend business meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Any Graduate

Experience: 3 - 5 years in Business Development / Sales / Client Acquisition.

Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills.

Strong networking and relationship-building ability. Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools.
