Key Responsibilities

· Conduct market research to identify emerging travel trends, potential clients, and new business opportunities.

· Develop and maintain relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and key stakeholders.

· Promote tourism packages, hotel partnerships, and travel services to drive sales growth.

· Collaborate with marketing teams to create business proposals and promotional materials.

· Attend tourism expos, networking events, and client meetings to generate leads.

· Monitor competitor activities and suggest strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

· Prepare reports on business performance, client feedback, and market insights.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism Management, Marketing, or a related field.





· Proven experience in business development or sales within the tourism industry.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

· Ability to work independently and thrive in a quick-paced setting.

· Willingness to travel locally and internationally as required.

· Passion for the travel and tourism industry.
