Role Description – Business Development Manager (MICE & Tour Packages)

This is a full‐time, on‐site role in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The position involves:
Identifying and developing new business opportunities in MICE and corporate tour packages
Prospecting and engaging potential clients, building long‐term relationships with travel partners and corporate decision‐makers




Preparing customized proposals and commercial offers
Coordinating with internal operations and finance teams for seamless execution
Tracking sales performance, reporting, and refining go‐to‐market strategies

Qualifications
Strong business development, sales, and account management skills in travel, tourism, or MICE industries
Experience in corporate travel solutions, event management, or tour package design
Market research and proposal development expertise
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficiency in CRM tools and office software
Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Hospitality/Travel & Tourism (MBA preferred)
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
Robust organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
Comfort working in a rapid‐paced, on‐site workplace in Mumbai, with willingness to travel
