Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented BDE to generate new business prospects for our Property Management Services (PMS). The candidate will be responsible for identifying property owners, explaining our PMS services, building client relationships, and converting leads into business.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate current leads through calls, field visits, references, and other sources.
Connect with property owners and understand their property management requirements.
Explain PMS services such as Lease Model, FRM, TRM, ORM, and other property management solutions.
Conduct meetings and property visits with potential clients.
Follow up regularly with leads and convert them into clients.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and current property owners.
Coordinate with the operations team for smooth onboarding of new properties.
Maintain daily sales reports and update lead status regularly.
Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
Handle client queries and provide appropriate solutions.

Pay: ₹20,000.13 - ₹45,000.00 per month
